Real estate is about more than buying or selling a home. It is also about supporting and strengthening the communities where we live.

For every eligible real estate transaction or real estate referral completed through this program, I will contribute:

30% of the net compensation I personally receive

The contribution will go to an eligible local nonprofit or community organization selected by my client.

You Choose the Cause

You may select an eligible local nonprofit or community organization that matters to you.

Possible causes may include:

• Local schools and educational programs

• Parks, trails, conservation, and environmental organizations

• Youth and family services

• Food assistance and community support

• Animal welfare organizations

• Veterans and senior-support organizations

• Organizations helping people in need

• Another eligible local nonprofit or community organization

A list of local organizations may be provided for reference and convenience. The list is not an endorsement, recommendation, or requirement.

The final decision belongs entirely to the client. Clients are free to select another eligible organization that is not included on the reference list.

The selected organization must meet the eligibility requirements described in the Program Terms and Conditions.

When I Represent You Directly

When I personally represent you as a buyer or seller in an eligible transaction, I will contribute:

30% of my Agent Net Compensation from the transaction.

Agent Net Compensation generally means the commission compensation actually paid to me through my responsible broker after permitted brokerage deductions and any applicable real estate referral fee.

Example

If my Agent Net Compensation is $10,000, the community contribution will be:

$10,000 × 30% = $3,000

When I Refer You to Another Agent

The program may also apply when I connect you with another qualified real estate professional and receive a real estate referral fee after your transaction successfully closes.

For an eligible referral transaction, I will contribute:

30% of the net real estate referral compensation I personally receive.

Example

If I receive $3,000 in net referral compensation, the community contribution will be:

$3,000 × 30% = $900

This allows your transaction to support a cause you care about even when I refer you to another trusted agent in a different city, state, or market.

Written Selection and Confirmation

The selected organization will be identified in a written Community Contribution Selection Form.

The form will confirm:

• The organization independently selected by the client

• The method used to calculate the contribution

• The client’s understanding that the final amount depends on the compensation I actually receive

• An alternative organization, when appropriate

• The understanding that I am making the contribution directly

The client’s selection must be voluntary and made independently. I may provide general information or a reference list of local organizations, but I will not require or pressure the client to choose a particular organization.

The client does not receive or control the contribution funds and is not the donor. The contribution is not a rebate, closing credit, charitable deduction, or financial benefit to the client.

The contribution will be made directly to the selected organization after the transaction closes, my compensation is received, and the final contribution amount is calculated.

After the contribution is completed, confirmation may be provided to the client.

Program Period

This program is currently available for eligible clients who sign the applicable program form between:

August 1, 2026, and December 31, 2027

To remain eligible, the related transaction must close no later than:

June 30, 2028

The program may be renewed, extended, modified, or discontinued for future clients after the stated enrollment period.

Any obligation that has already become final under a signed program form will be handled according to the written terms that applied to that transaction.

Important Exclusions

The program does not apply to:

• Transactions that do not successfully close

• Transactions for which I do not receive commission or referral compensation

• Transactions involving real estate owned by me or certain affiliated persons or entities

• Rental or property-management transactions unless specifically included in writing

• Political candidates, campaign committees, or political parties

• Settlement-service referrals, including referrals involving escrow, title, lending, home warranties, pest control, or similar services

• Transactions prohibited by law or brokerage policy

Transparency and Privacy

Whenever reasonably possible, clients will receive confirmation after the contribution has been completed.

Community-impact updates may include:

• Total contributions made

• Organizations and causes supported

• General categories of community support

• General community impact created through the program

Client names, photographs, transaction information, selected organizations, and personal details will not be publicly shared without permission.

An Independent Commitment

This program is offered by Maksim Egorov in connection with licensed real estate services conducted through his responsible real estate broker.

The program is subject to the broker’s approval, policies, supervision, commission-disbursement procedures, and applicable law.

The inclusion of an organization on any reference list does not mean that the organization endorses me, my real estate services, my brokerage, or this program.

No organization is guaranteed to receive a contribution. Each eligible client independently selects the organization they wish to support.
